This Privacy Policy explains how Attainer, Inc. and San Francisco Data (“San Francisco Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit sfdata.com, use our seller portal or internal console, contact us, or otherwise interact with services that link to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, company, role, contact preferences, and messages you send us.
  • Account and authentication information, including Google sign-in profile information, email verification status, and session data.
  • Portal and console records such as companies, users, engagements, datasets, data source status, contracts, and audit-style operational records.
  • Files, datasets, exports, codebases, SQL dumps, JSON or Slack exports, connector outputs, and related file metadata that you choose to upload or connect.
  • Connector settings and credentials, including API keys, tokens, service account material, database credentials, and configuration data for systems such as PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Slack, Google Sheets, GitHub, HubSpot, Stripe, and Notion.
  • Usage, device, log, and analytics information such as IP address, browser information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, diagnostics, timestamps, and security events.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve San Francisco Data.
  • Respond to inquiries, qualify opportunities, and communicate with you.
  • Authenticate users and enforce company, engagement, and role access.
  • Package, ingest, evaluate, license, and deliver datasets through seller-authorized engagements and clean-room workflows.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, tenant scoping, and least-privilege practices where appropriate. Connector configuration is encrypted at rest in production. No system is perfectly secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide San Francisco Data, maintain records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling.
